Maybe it’s because April 15th is looming in the back of my mind or that my son has taken up snowboarding and it isn’t a cheap after school activity. Whatever the reason may be I’ve got my mind on my money and my money on my mind. I did the usual glance over my monthly expenses to see where I could cut here and there but I don’t blow through money so did not come across any major leads. I decided that this time around I would try to refocus my energy and set my intention for a prosperous 2017 because, why not? It won’t hurt and I may feel more at peace and more motivated to find unique ways to cut cost or add money to my pocket.
I started with crystals – they are pretty and I like being able to hold onto something, it helps ground me on my mission. There are a few crystals that can attract prosperity so it is important to find the one that would be right for you. I love this easy technique that you can do in person when shopping for crystals. If online shopping is easier for you go with your gut!
Loop your thumb and finger together, as shown.
Slip your other thumb and finger through the loop and close them together. Hold your hands over a crystal — or photography of one — and ask, "Is this the crystal for me?"
If the loop holds, then the answer is "yes". If it pulls apart, the answer is "no".
I chose, or should I say Citrine chose me. I ended up getting a crystal cluster and a small piece that would easily fit in my pocket. Having it in my pocket is a friendly reminder of my intention and when I choose to focus strongly on it I can hold it in my hand.
I also ended up buying a spray from a local store, The Veiled Crow. The owner, Lauren, blends her own oils and has a room and body mist specifically called Success & Money. It smells great and I spray it throughout my home when I am focused on setting my intentions around prosperity.
These are two easy inexpensive ways to attract wealth and success. Although I may not see immediate tangible evidence I immediately felt inspired and more at ease around my financial future.
